Yes — warranties vary by product, with cover of up to 15 years. Engineered oak flooring carries a 15-year residential warranty, SPC vinyl up to 15 years for residential use (10 years commercial), and porcelain stoneware tiles 10 years.

Yes — the oil or lacquer finish provides reliable protection against moisture and everyday wear.

We offer a 15-year warranty for residential use.

Our floors are designed for both residential and commercial spaces — intensive use is no problem for them.

To minimise visible scratches, choose a brushed finish — brushing removes the softer parts of the wood. As for moisture, simply wipe up any spills straight away.

We recommend WOCA Wood Floor Soap for cleaning and WOCA Oil Refresher for reviving oiled floors.

Yes! With a click system, you can install the floor without any specialist knowledge or tools. We only recommend calling in a professional for herringbone floors with a tongue-and-groove system.

Yes! Every floor we sell comes with an installation guide in PDF format. Parquet, vinyl and tiles — each product has its own dedicated instructions.

For a rectangular room: length × width = area in m². For more complex shapes, we recommend consulting a specialist. Always add around 10 % as a cutting allowance.

We offer a wide choice: oiled, reactive-oiled, brushed, deep-brushed, hand-scraped and other textures.

We offer three-layer engineered flooring only — it is more stable, less sensitive to moisture and ideally suited to underfloor heating.

We work only with trusted manufacturers and carefully check every batch to guarantee consistently high quality.

Our porcelain stoneware tiles come with a 10-year warranty for residential use.

Porcelain stoneware is easy to look after — avoid aggressive acidic cleaners and use a pH-neutral product designed for tiled surfaces.

Clean them regularly with a dedicated grout cleaner; remove any stains with a damp brush and a soft cloth.

We recommend specialist tile cleaners and, where needed, a suitable silicone sealant to protect the joints.

Plan your tile layout in advance to an exact pattern and aim for a symmetrical arrangement to keep cutting waste to a minimum.

Measure the area of the room in m² and add 10–15 % as an allowance for cutting losses.

We do not currently offer custom-made or designer-commissioned tile options.

Consider the room's purpose, your preferred style and how much upkeep you are happy with. Porcelain stoneware delivers the look of natural stone with far less maintenance.

Our SPC vinyl flooring carries a manufacturer's warranty of up to 15 years for residential use and 10 years for commercial use.

Vinyl flooring is highly resistant to scratches and stains, though it may fade slightly over time in areas exposed to direct sunlight.

We recommend mild cleaners free of harsh chemicals, applied with a soft cloth or mop.

Yes! Vinyl flooring is an excellent choice for wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, as it is fully water-resistant.

Yes, vinyl flooring is ideal for fitting yourself. In most cases all you need is a knife, a straight edge and, if required, a suitable adhesive applicator.
