Pricing and timing

Home delivery is a flat €129.95 anywhere in the EU — and free on orders over €2,000. We confirm a delivery time with you by email or phone on or after the order date.

Overall delivery timeline: 5–10 business days from payment. In-stock goods ordered before 12:00 usually ship the same day. We confirm the time with you by email or phone.

Regions and timelines

• Central Europe — 5–10 working days
• Western & Northern Europe — 5–10 working days
• Southern Europe & remote regions — 7–10 working days
• Islands and remote areas — individual quote.

Packaging and receiving

Parquet and vinyl are delivered in original factory packaging on a pallet. Tiles come in cardboard boxes (1–1.5 m² per box), palletised and wrapped in film.

Inspect the package on arrival. If you see damage, note it on the courier paperwork and contact us immediately.

Installation and preparation

Before installing parquet or SPC vinyl, let the material acclimatise for 48h in the room where it will be installed (20–22 °C, 45–60% humidity).

Subfloor requirements

• Concrete moisture — no more than 2.0% (parquet) or 4.0% (SPC / tiles).
• Flatness — max 3 mm deviation over 2 m.
• With underfloor heating — run a heating cycle at least 14 days before installation.

Returns

If an unopened package no longer suits you — return it within 14 days, as long as packaging is intact and there are no installation marks. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is defective or not the one you ordered.

Please note: natural wood texture can vary slightly between batches. Samples are the most reliable way to check.
