I bring warm, living oak with a natural tone that breathes calm into your home. My texture tells stories yet never looks restless, creating a cosy atmosphere that suits a country cottage just as well as a modern loft. In daylight my brushed surface shimmers softly, and in the evening, under warm light, I become a snug space for unwinding. I am an honest foundation on which your furniture and ideas can express themselves.
Character
I am classic rustic oak of EF grading (Landhaus) – lively and full of character, with visible knots and an expressive texture. To keep this play harmonious, my knot holes and small cracks are carefully filled: larger areas in warm brown, so they blend unnoticed into the wood pattern, and small ones in restrained black, for a subtle accent. Light brushing opens the pores of the wood and gives a pleasant feel to bare feet, while the oiling brings out the natural oak tone in its most beautiful form. In a three-layer construction with a 4 mm wear layer I am built especially solidly – this thick layer allows me to be sanded several times and makes me an investment for decades.
Where it fits
As a true all-rounder I feel at home anywhere: in the living room, bedroom, hallway or office – I suit every room. In the 190x1900 mm format and with a click system I go down quickly and simply. You can lay me floating on underlay or, for the best result, glue me down over the full area – then I can later be sanded and renewed as well. For underfloor heating I am, of course, suitable.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 2.888 m². When laying in a straight pattern allow a 10% reserve – then you are on the safe side. As an oiled floor I would like to be pampered occasionally with a suitable care oil; in return, small traces of use can be repaired locally at any time, without treating the whole area. Living oak quality with a thick wear layer – a floor that will accompany you for a lifetime.
