I am Oak Vienna, and I bring light, cosiness and the warmth of real wood into your space. My brushed and naturally oiled surface creates a soft, calm shade that visually enlarges the room and gives it lively, natural character. I am a floor you will want to walk on barefoot — one that warms the mood of the room all year round.
Character
I am European oak parquet with a 3 mm top layer of natural oak. My surface is brushed, so your hand clearly feels the natural structure of the wood, while the oil accentuates the grain pattern and protects the wood from within, leaving a matt, natural feel. My EF grading means a very lively, characterful pattern with pronounced colour transitions, knots and natural wood accents, so every one of my planks looks distinctive.
Where it fits
With my light, "Country"-style character I am perfect for the living room, bedroom or office and pair easily with both contemporary and classic interiors. My planks are joined with the convenient drop-down click system, so they can be laid floating without glue. I am also suitable for water-based underfloor heating, though in that case gluing my planks to the subfloor is recommended.
Worth knowing
My plank dimensions are 1900 x 190 x 14 mm, and one pack holds 2.888 m². When planning material quantities, add around 10% extra for cuts and offcuts; also note that a batch may contain up to 16% shorter planks. My 3 mm oak top layer allows me to be renewed more than once over my lifetime. Care for my oiled surface with suitable products and re-oil me periodically so the wood stays beautiful and protected for a long time.
