Every floor we sell is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, and all goods additionally carry 2 years of statutory seller liability under EU law. Below you'll find what's covered and how to make a warranty claim.
up to 15 years
Engineered wood
Manufacturer's warranty on three-layer oak engineered wood flooring in residential use. The exact term is stated on each product page or available on request.
up to 25 years
SPC vinyl flooring
Manufacturer's warranty in residential use and up to 10 years in commercial spaces — according to the floor's usage class.
10 years
Porcelain tiles
Manufacturer's warranty on rectified porcelain tiles when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects — delamination of layers, dimensional deviations, and surface defects not caused by use.
- Wear layer performance in line with the declared usage class.
- The warranty applies when the floor is installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email us — include your order number and attach photos of the defect.
- We'll reply within 1–2 working days and agree the next steps with you.
- For faulty goods, we cover all return shipping costs.
