Character
This is an engineered oak plank with a 3 mm top layer of real oak. The surface is brushed and oiled – brushing accentuates the natural oak structure, while the oil lends a natural tone and a pleasantly warm touch. The grading is ABC: a calm, even pattern with a moderate amount of natural wood features that add life without overdoing it.
Where it fits
The wide, long XL-format plank (1900 x 240 x 14 mm) is perfect for spacious, light-filled rooms – the living room, bedroom or open-plan living areas where you want a seamless, calm surface. The installation system is drop-down click, so you can join the planks quickly and conveniently without glue. The floor is also suitable for water-based underfloor heating – in that case, gluing the planks down is recommended to ensure the best heat transfer.
Worth knowing
One pack contains 2.736 m², so when calculating quantities add around 10 % as a reserve for cutting and waste. Note that a batch may include up to 16 % shorter planks – worth taking into account when planning the installation. The 3 mm oak top layer is thick enough for longevity. Maintain the oiled surface with dedicated wood-care products and refresh the oil periodically so the floor stays beautiful and protected for a long time.
