What this floor brings to your space
I bring light, lively oak into your home and open up the space without ever leaving it cold. My light natural shade lets walls and furniture "breathe" and blends harmoniously into modern Scandinavian interiors as well as cosy, warm ones. Daylight plays across my deeply brushed, hand-planed surface and gently highlights every trace of the tool, while in the evening, under warm light, I become the cosy stage of your life. I am not a quiet covering underfoot, but a floor with a character of its own, giving your space depth.
Character
A characterful floor for enthusiasts — deliberately uneven and irregular. EF grading planks reveal a lively, expressive texture that lends personality. The surface is hand-planed in artisan fashion and deeply brushed, so the visible tool marks create a genuine, tangible handcrafted look. Oiling brings out the light natural oak shade in its most beautiful form, and the 3-layer construction with a 4 mm wear layer is sturdy and can be re-sanded several times over the decades.
Where it fits
As an expressive full-length (Landhaus) plank I feel at home wherever you want to show character: in the living room, bedroom, hallway or a bright study. In the 190x1900 mm format and with a click joint I am installed quickly and simply. You can lay me floating on underlay or, for the best result, glue me down over the full area — then I can always be re-sanded later. For underfloor heating I am, of course, suitable.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 2.888 m². When laying straight, allow a 10 % reserve for cutting — that way you are on the safe side. As an oiled floor I would occasionally like to be pampered with a suitable maintenance oil; in return, small traces of use can be repaired locally at any time without treating the whole area. That way my artisan look will stay just as alive for years as when you first met me.
