What this floor brings to your space
I bring a sense of light and spaciousness into your room. My white-oiled European oak surface creates a bright, Scandinavian backdrop that visually broadens the room and lends it a calm, cosy atmosphere. I am a natural, warm foundation on which your furniture and interior accents show at their very best. My light tone is a particularly good choice if you want a home that is cosy, yet modern and spacious.
Character
I am DE-grade European oak with a brushed and white-oiled surface. The DE grade means a lively, expressive wood pattern with visible knots and natural nuances, so I look authentic and characterful, never sterile. Brushing opens the pores of the wood and gives a pleasant, textured feel underfoot, while white oiling accentuates my light tone and protects the surface at the same time. My 3 mm oak top layer means a genuine solid-oak surface that can be renewed if needed.
Where it fits
I am perfect for the living room, bedroom, hallway or study — wherever you want light and spaciousness. My plank dimensions are 1900 x 190 x 14 mm, and my installation system is drop-down click, so you can lay me quickly and easily yourself, floating on underlay. I am also suitable for water-based underfloor heating — in that case gluing the planks to the subfloor is recommended. A glued-down floor can later also be sanded and renewed.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 2.888 m². When laying in a straight pattern, allow around 10% extra for offcuts — that way you are on the safe side. A batch may contain up to 16% shorter planks. I am an oiled floor, so treat me now and then to a suitable maintenance oil; small traces of everyday use can be repaired locally, without treating the whole surface. With my 3 mm oak top layer, I will serve you for many years.
