I am Oak Oxford, and I bring a rich, dark brown tone and true cosiness into your space. As a dark floor I create an intimate, luxurious atmosphere and become a strong interior accent, beautifully complemented by lighter furniture and textiles. I am natural European oak, whose warmth you feel under bare feet every day.
Character
I am a floor of lively, expressive character: my DE grading reveals a bold, rustic wood pattern with abundant knots, tonal variation and the details of the wood's natural structure. My brushed surface accentuates the texture of the timber and gives a pleasant feel to the touch, while dark brown oiling emphasises depth and richness. Every one of my planks looks unique and authentic.
Where it fits
I am perfect for the living room, bedroom or dining room, wherever you want a calm, rich foundation. My plank dimensions of 1900 x 190 x 14 mm suit both spacious and cosy rooms. I install quickly and conveniently with the drop-down click system, which you can manage on your own, without special tools. I am suitable for water-based underfloor heating (in that case, glue-down installation is recommended).
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 2.888 m², so when calculating quantities add around 10% extra for cutting and matching. Please note that a batch may contain up to 16% shorter planks. I am an engineered oak plank with a 3 mm oak top layer, which can be gently renewed if needed. Care for my oiled surface with suitable wood-care products and refresh the oil periodically, so I stay beautiful for a long time.
