My ABC grading creates an almost knot-free, calm wood picture that reveals a charming symmetry and order in the diagonal herringbone pattern. Character
ABC grading is my distinguishing feature among herringbone floors: barely any knots, uniform colour and a calm wood picture that leaves all the attention to the herringbone pattern. No distraction, just pure elegance. The brushed surface gives me a subtle texture, while oiling in a natural shade reveals oak in its purest form. A compact 120x600 mm format with tongue & groove, a 3-layer construction and a 3 mm wear layer.
Where it fits
I am made for spaces where elegance sets the tone: a representative living room, an entrance area, a high-end office or a showroom. As a herringbone parquet with tongue & groove, I am glued down over the full surface to the subfloor — this guarantees a perfect pattern and optimal stability. Underfloor heating is no problem for me.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 0.432 m². When laying a herringbone pattern, be sure to allow 10–15 % for offcuts. Herringbone installation is complex and should be entrusted to a professional — especially with my refined ABC grading, where every detail matters. Care for me with a natural-shade maintenance oil and I will keep my noble lustre. A calm wood picture in ABC quality is rare — enjoy it.
