What this floor brings to your space
I turn your room into a true stage the moment I am laid. Joints filled entirely in black create a striking contrast with the warm oak shade and give every room a wild, rustic depth. In daylight the interplay of light natural oak and dark lines unfolds especially impressively, and in the evening, in soft light, I become the dramatic centrepiece of the space. On my wide XL planks, furniture and the room appear at once more spacious and calmer.
Character
I am natural oak in DEF grading, so my wood picture is lively and untamed, with rich texture, visible knots and abundant natural play. Yet another detail gives me my distinctive character: my surface is filled entirely in black, which lends an unusually wild, rustic look for those who dare. The brushed surface opens the wood's pores and feels pleasant under bare feet, while oiling brings out the natural shade in all its most beautiful depth. The 3-layer construction with a 4 mm top layer allows me to be sanded more than once, making me an investment for decades.
Where it fits
As a wide castle plank I unfold most beautifully in spacious rooms: an open-plan living room, a loft, a dining room or anywhere you want your statement piece to be seen. The 260x2200 mm XL format and click system make installation simple. You can lay me floating on underlay or, for the best result, glue me down over the full surface to the subfloor — then I can also be sanded later. Naturally, I am suitable for underfloor heating too.
Worth knowing
One pack contains 3.432 m². For straight installation, allow a 10 % reserve for offcuts — that way you are on the safe side. As an oiled floor, I need to be pampered now and then with a suitable maintenance oil, but in return small signs of use can be refreshed locally at any time, without treating the entire surface. A floor of bold character that will accompany you for many years.
