What this floor brings to your space
I bring a natural, warm oak tone into your home, with no artificial tints — oak as it truly is. My planks are wide and long, 1900 x 240 x 14 mm, so even in a smaller room I create a sense of space and calm: fewer joints, more uninterrupted wood. My brushed surface opens up the natural texture of the oak, which you will feel under bare feet, while the matt lacquer fixes it in place without gloss — light falls from me softly, without reflections. I am one of those floors that doesn't try to draw attention: I simply create a warm, natural backdrop for your furniture and your everyday life.
Character
I am oak in ABC grading — which means a lively yet never overloaded character. In my planks you will see natural small knots and colour transitions, but without extremes: I am neither sterile nor wild. Brushing accentuates the annual growth rings, so my surface has not only a look but also a texture. The matt lacquer preserves my natural, warm tone and gives me a calm, contemporary face — I look almost like an oiled floor, yet I am considerably less demanding. Beneath the surface lies a 3 mm layer of real oak: enough depth for me to be renewed by sanding in the future, when the time comes.
Where it fits
As a true all-rounder I feel at home almost anywhere: living room, bedroom, hallway or home office. My natural, warm tone suits both light Scandinavian-style interiors and richer, classic spaces — I don't argue with your furniture, I complement it. The wide 240 mm format unfolds especially beautifully in more spacious rooms, but the unified pattern calms smaller rooms too. I am suitable for water-based underfloor heating — if you have it, I recommend gluing me down to the subfloor, so the heat is transferred more evenly and efficiently. The only place you'd better not invite me is permanently damp rooms, such as the bathroom.
Worth knowing
Each of my packs contains 2.736 m². When calculating quantities, add a 10 % reserve for cutting offcuts to the area — that way you won't run short of planks along walls and around openings. I go down easily: the 5G Click system lets the planks simply lock one after another, with no glue (unless you choose glue-down over underfloor heating). My care is the simplest a wooden floor can have: I am lacquered, so regular cleaning is all I need — I never require oil. The sealed lacquer surface lets no dirt or moisture through, so I am undemanding in daily life; the only thing worth knowing is that local repair of scratches is limited on a lacquered surface.
