What this floor brings to your space
I bring calm, dark oak into your home and instantly give it depth and cosiness. My smoked shade lets light furniture and textiles shine, creating a contrast that feels noble rather than brash. Daylight models my deeply brushed surface, so the wood pattern comes vividly to life, and in the evening, under warm light, I become a snug space for rest. I am a dark foundation on which your interior unfolds with thought and restraint.
Character
I am the dark-smoked sister of Oak Florida, and that is precisely my charm: in the DEF grading I show knots and a lively structure, complemented by a warm, dark shade. Planed and deeply brushed, I am above all pleasant to hands and feet, because the deep brushing opens the wood generously while also making me highly resistant to the small marks of everyday life. Oiling reveals the depth of my shade in its most beautiful form. With my three-layer construction and 4 mm wear layer, I am an investment for decades, because I can be sanded several times and renewed again and again.
Where it fits
As an expressive single-plank floor board I feel wonderful wherever you seek calm and warmth: living room, bedroom, hallway or office — I give every room character. In the 190x1900 mm format and with a click system, I go down quickly and simply. You can lay me floating on an impact-sound underlay or, for the best result, glue me down across the full surface — then I can also be sanded later on. For underfloor heating, naturally, I am suitable.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 2.888 m². When laying in a straight pattern, allow 10% for offcuts — that keeps you on the safe side. As an oiled floor I like to be pampered now and then with a suitable maintenance oil; in return, small traces of everyday use can be repaired locally at any time, without treating the whole area. With my 4 mm wear layer I will accompany you for many years — a dark oak floor that lives along with you.
