What this floor brings to your space
I bring deep, dark oak into your home and, with it, a sense of spaciousness you will feel at once. I unfold most beautifully in large, light-filled rooms: where there is plenty of daylight, my dark tone looks warm and noble rather than heavy. The wide, long plank keeps the surface calm and unified — it does not break your space up into small pieces. That is how I become a solid stage for light furniture, clean lines and generous living.
Character
I am dark oak in DEF grading, showing you a lively, expressive picture with pronounced texture and natural knots. My brushed surface reveals the structure of the wood and feels pleasantly tactile under bare feet, while oiling deepens my dark natural tone, making it rich yet still natural. With my three-layer construction and 4 mm top wear layer, I am built especially solidly — an investment that will bring you joy for decades and can be sanded more than once. It is precisely this combination of the wide XL plank and sturdy build that is the reason I am laid not only in homes but also in restaurants and hospitality venues.
Where it fits
I feel at home wherever you have space and light: generous living rooms, open-plan kitchen-living areas, wide hallways or representative spaces. In the XL format of 260x2200 mm and with a click system, I go down quickly and neatly. You can lay me floating on a sound-insulation underlay or, for the best result, glue me down across the full surface — then I can be sanded and renewed later on. For underfloor heating, naturally, I am suitable.
Worth knowing
Each pack contains 3.432 m². When laying in a straight pattern, allow 10 % extra (for waste) — with my wide XL plank in large rooms, that keeps you on the safe side. As an oiled floor I like to be pampered now and then with a suitable maintenance oil; in return, small traces of everyday use can be repaired locally at any time, without treating the whole surface. That way, over the years, you keep a floor that never loses its character and lives along with you.
