XL vinyl planks are longer and wider than standard, so the same room carries far fewer joints and the wood pattern reads as one surface. The catalogue currently holds 8 XL-format SPC designs with a click joint: rigid stone-polymer core, built-in underlay, about 5–5,5 mm overall, wear layer around 0,5 mm. Vinyl prices start at 16,95 €/m², VAT included.
The large format truly belongs in open spaces: a living room flowing into the kitchen, long hallways, office floors. The material is 100 % waterproof, so the same design can continue into the kitchen or bathroom without thresholds, and the SPC core suits underfloor heating. How many square metres of XL vinyl does my room need?
Enter the room dimensions into the m² calculator — it works out the quantity with a cutting allowance. In long or irregular rooms the allowance matters all the more, since long XL planks are trimmed at the walls more often. Note that the minimum flooring order is 20 m².
Can XL-format SPC planks go over underfloor heating?
Yes — the rigid SPC core conducts heat well and is dimensionally stable, so XL planks suit underfloor heating. Follow the manufacturer's guidance on subfloor preparation and temperature regime. More in our article on vinyl for heated floors.
Can I see an XL design in person before ordering the full amount?
Yes — we send up to 3 free vinyl samples; order them on the samples page. A sample shows the colour and texture under your own lighting — all the more useful with large-format planks that dominate a room. The 20 m² minimum does not apply to samples.
How fast is XL vinyl delivered, and what does it cost?
We deliver across the EU within 5–10 working days. Delivery costs 129.95 € and is free on orders over 2 000 €. Unused goods can be returned within 14 days.
